My bio
Hey there, I'm Jessica Paulter, a physical therapist at ÍøºìºÚÁÏ. I hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida, along with a bachelor of science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Physiology. I am also a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
As a former young athlete who experienced my fair share of injuries, I understand firsthand the importance of quality physical therapy in the recovery process. My own PTs played a crucial role in getting me back on my feet and back to doing what I loved, which inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy.
I specialize in post-operative care for sports-related injuries, rehabilitation and prevention of running-related injuries and conditions, as well as the management of concussions and post-concussive syndrome. My goal is to not only help my patients recover from their injuries but also empower them with the knowledge and tools they need to prevent future injuries and optimize their performance.
Outside of the clinic, you'll often find me spending time outdoors. I love to play recreational sports, such as softball and kickball. I also enjoy spending time with my daughter, and running my local business with my husband.
