Long COVID Treatment
ÍøºìºÚÁÏ COVID RESTORE Treatment Program
The ÍøºìºÚÁÏ COVID RESTORE program supports COVID "long-haulers". Long COVID patients have persistent symptoms that last 4 weeks or longer after infection. Our comprehensive interdisciplinary program is available for people with Long COVID. Long COVID is also called PASC (Persistent Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2).
Referrals and Appointments
- Ask your physician if you qualify for this PASC/Long COVID program. You can have them fax a referral to 352.627.4170.
- You must have been seen in-person by a primary care provider (PCP) within the last month to be referred.
What to Expect When Calling for an Appointment
- Call 352.265.WELL (9355) to schedule an appointment.
- If you do not live in the Gainesville area, you may request a telemedicine appointment. We'll give you instructions on how to access your telemedicine appointment using MyUFÍøºìºÚÁÏ.
- Physician visits are covered by insurance. You may be asked to verify your insurance coverage for other services. These services can include rehabilitation, psychology and/or acupuncture.
- Before your first appointment, we'll ask you to complete a questionnaire on MyUFÍøºìºÚÁÏ. This questionnaire with help us better asses your needs.
