I am a full-time clinical faculty in the multi-mission track in the College of Medicine. I have >50 pubmed indexed publications in various peer-reviewed journals so far. I have been involved as a site PI for various multi-center national and international studies including NIH-funded prospective CKiD (Chronic Kidney Disease in Children) study, COVID-19 study in immunosuppressed children, and IgA nephropathy, anti-glomerular basement membrane and Takayasu arteritis in children (international retrospective studies). Other grants that have been funded or being reviewed for funding include NIH sponsored multicenter KOFEE study (Kidney Outcomes in Former REPAIReD PrEEmies) and PCORI sponsored multicenter CARE-NS (Comparative Effectiveness of Immunosuppressive Treatments for Children with Nephrotic Syndrome) studies.
