Dear Valued Patient:

We are pleased to announce that we have signed a new multiyear agreement with United ÍøºìºÚÁÏcare, effective May 5, 2025. ÍøºìºÚÁÏ hospitals, facilities and physicians will once again be in the United provider network for thousands of patients in Gainesville, Ocala, Jacksonville, St. Johns and Central Florida.

Thank you for your patience while we negotiated an agreement that enables us to provide you, your family and everyone in the communities we serve with access to quality, compassionate care.

The new arrangement is designed to reduce the administrative overhead that caused delays in access to care, took physicians away from patients and increased your expenses. Terms aim to improve efficiency and enhance care management.

This contract also provides thousands of United patients with continuous access to premier compassionate, academic-quality health care throughout Northeast, North Central and Central Florida. We are thankful for all the hard work our health care team has devoted to our tradition of excellence in caring for our patients and we are honored to help you. We want to protect your access to the expert care you know and trust, now and in the future.

People enrolled in all United commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Managed Care plans will now have access to ÍøºìºÚÁÏ hospitals, facilities, and faculty and employed physicians in Gainesville, Jacksonville, St. Johns, Ocala and Central Florida (including Halifax ÍøºìºÚÁÏ and the Halifax ÍøºìºÚÁÏ | ÍøºìºÚÁÏ â€“ Medical Center of Deltona).

Sincerely,

ÍøºìºÚÁÏ
